All bookings accepted by us are on the basis of these Ts & Cs and you understand and agree to be bound by them at all times. Booking onto any one of our workshops/events is also confirmation that you will agree to pay the amount due, as specified at the time of booking.

If for whatever reason you are unable to attend any of our events/workshops after booking, there is no refund. This is because there may be a limited capacity and we may have turned away other dancers, as a result.  However, if you inform us by email within 7 days of the workshop, you may be able to carry your fee over to another workshop (subject to availability and can only be carried over once).  If we cancel an event or workshop, your payment will be refunded in full.  

You can transfer your ticket(s) to another dancer if you want. You must inform us within 48 hours of an event or 7 days of a workshop, with names & contact details of the person(s) you wish to transfer too. We cannot make any transfers on your behalf but you may post onto our facebook pages or events if you wish.  

Dancing is an aerobic activity and dancers participate at their own risk, with the full understanding that District Swing will not be held responsible under any circumstance for any injury, damage or loss.
